The brief

The Challenge: Custom Teamwear That Cannot Sit in a Cart

Jaz Wear is an Australian-owned custom teamwear manufacturer (Kalkallo, VIC) serving clubs, schools and sporting organisations since 2012. Sublimated sports uniforms, Full Custom PRO kits, polos, jackets, hoodies and branded accessories are quoted per design, colourway, logo and quantity — not sold as off-the-rack SKUs. A standard WooCommerce checkout would leak trade pricing and break the three-step process (share vision → select design → confirm & produce). The site needed a WordPress inquiry platform: catalogue merchandising, a downloadable range PDF, design-consultation CTAs, and a contact/quote form that routes briefs to the production team within 24 hours.

Key Technical Highlights

01

Inquiry-Led WordPress, Not Consumer Checkout

Replaces add-to-cart with quote and design-consultation flows. Clubs and schools submit logos, colour prefs and quantities; Jaz Wear responds with a custom quote instead of a public price list.

02

Three-Step Custom Order Journey

Homepage and landing copy walk buyers through Share Your Vision → Select Full Custom PRO → Confirm & Produce, so the inquiry form captures a production-ready brief instead of a generic “contact us”.

03

Catalogue, Collections & Accessories

Sports uniforms, custom teamwear (polos, jackets, hoodies) and accessories (caps, bags) merchandized as collections, plus a downloadable catalogue for clubs planning a full kit upgrade.

04

Quote Routing & Local Trust

Contact form (name, email, phone, message) with 24-hour response, Kalkallo VIC address, info@jazwear.com.au and phone, positioned around in-house manufacture, Australian conditions and dedicated (non-call-centre) support.

Outcome

Results & metrics

We designed and developed the live WordPress inquiry platform at jazwear.com.au. Clubs, schools and teams browse custom sports uniforms and teamwear, download the catalogue, then request a design consultation and quote — no consumer checkout. The site carries the manufacturer’s actual process (vision, Full Custom PRO, confirm & produce) and the local trust signals Australian sporting organisations need: Australian-owned since 2012, in-house production, Kalkallo VIC, 24-hour inquiry turnaround. The result is a B2B teamwear website built around quotes and briefs, in the same inquiry model as a manufacturing catalog — not a fashion cart.
